How do you handle confrontation…professionally? Tim and Joe chat about how confrontation is always in our lives and what is the best way to handle it.

I find it helpful to take inventory of your life weekly. Who and what you let live in your space is as important as what you let in for food. Understanding oneself is important in the way you project who you are to the world around you. It’s also a good time to access those negative emotions that fight against your growth and set back your progress. 

On these days, take a look at your Anger and replace it with Joy. Take a look at Jealousy and replace it with Content. Take a look at your Fears and replace them with Hope. Take a look at Hatred and replace it with Love. Take a look at Greed and replace it with Desire. Take a look at Revenge and replace it with Enthusiasm. Stop letting those self-draining demons reside in your body and mind. The long-term effects of them are like the venom of a snake; they will drop you in your tracks. 

Life is hard enough; make the changes that will transform your life from here forward. Don’t let the poison stop you from experiencing a better you. Positive emotions release positive energy. Give yourself a charge and never look back! Make it a great day everyone!
